The generic dual of p-adic groups and applications
In this paper, we give a uniform classification of the generic dual of quasi-split classical groups, their similitude counterparts, and general spin groups. As applications, for quasi-split classical groups, we show that the functorial lifting maps constructed by Cogdell, Kim, Piatetski-Shapiro and Shahidi are surjective. We also analyze structures of general local Langlands parameters and explicitly construct a distinguished element for each local L-packet.

Sources of low-frequency $δ^{18}$O variability in coastal ice cores from Dronning Maud Land
The low-frequency variability of the $δ^{18}$O recorded in ice cores (FK17 and TIR18) recently drilled at two different locations in Dronning Maud Land (Antarctica), is investigated using multi-taper spectral method and singular spectrum analysis. Multiple dominant peaks emerge in these records with periods between 3 and 20 years. Inclusive electron scattering at carefully chosen kinematics can isolate scattering from short-range correlations (SRCs), produced through hard, short-distance interactions of nucleons in the nucleus. Because the two-nucleon (2N) SRCs arise from the same N-N interaction in all nuclei, the cross section in the SRC-dominated regime is identical up to an overall scaling factor, and the A/2H cross section ratio is constant in this region.
